LEAP is a comprehensive “Training & Internship” program specifically designed for fresh and aspiring software engineers. The program is structured as 3 months of training followed by 3 months of internship.
LEAP is derived from four guiding principles. LEARN new programming languages, gain EXPERIENCE alongside experts, APPLY those skills in live projects and follow the best industry PRACTICES.
During the training period, you will learn various programming topics in C++, Python, C# / Java through regular classroom sessions and video assisted training CDs. The various topics in the training are arranged in sections like Object Oriented programming concepts, Console programming, Graphics and GUI Programming, Database programming, Network programming, Component programming, Multithreaded programming, Parallel programming, Web programming,Mobile Programming, Test Automation Programming etc. Each topic and concept will be explained with an example and there will be hands on sessions for each topic.
At the end of the training period you will be equipped to independently develop a small program using C++, C#, Java or Python based on the specifications we provide. You will be trained to emerge as a"Full Stack Developer" having software development background in 3 programming languages namely, C++, Python , C# / Java.
During your Internship period, you will be using version controlling systems like GIT or SVN and will apply your newly acquired programming skills in at least 2 end-to-end software projects. You will gain valuable experience in complete Software Development Lifecycle working alongside seasoned software professionals and shall acquaint yourself with the best engineering practices followed by the IT Industry. Upon completing the Internship Program, you will be able to plan and execute small to medium sized Software Projects following industry standards.
